Larry Joe Anaya

Larry Joe Anaya, 43, passed away on February 14, 2022, Amarillo, Texas. Larry Joe Anaya was born on April 12,1978 to Nancy Anaya Avery in Roswell NM.

Memorial Services will be at 2:00 p.m., at Power Church in Amarillo on February 26, 2022.

A second Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 p.m., at Anderson Bethany Funeral Home in Roswell NM, on March 5, 2022.

Larry’s final resting place will be at Lake Arthur Cemetery in Lake Arthur NM.

Larry loved all of his children and talked about them often. He loved to walk and visit people and friends and was a real jokester. People that knew him loved him. Larry was the apple of his grandmother Lupe’s eye. Larry was born and baptized a Catholic and attended the Power Church in Amarillo and accepted Jesus Christ as his savior. He will be missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert L Salcido Sr.; his grandfather, Frank Anaya; his grandmother, Guadalupe Sandoval, and his Godparents, George and Celia Romero.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Nancy Anaya Avery; his stepfather, Bob K Avery; his brother, Robert Salcido and his husband Mike; his sisters, Stephanie Marie Salcido, and Patricia Hernandez Salcido; his children, Shantel, Elijah, Larry Joe Jr., Ayana, Adriana, Jonathan, Jeremiah, Israel; his grandkids, Amy, Erik, Sansannah, Avrie, Joeangel, Ahlyvia, Henry; his nieces, Briana, and Adriana, and his nephews, Danial, Jaden, Matthew, Jacob Fowler.
