Baby Callan Shay Ratliff, only 21 weeks’ gestation, went to his Heavenly Father on September 9, 2025. Though he was only with us for 21 weeks, he left an indelible print on our lives and in our hearts. His baby color was green, and he already had a nickname, “Baby Dragon.” We will never forget you and you will always be with us.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Norman and Geneva Hagan, and his grandfather, Glenn Tisdall.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Chase Ratliff and Heather Tisdall; his sisters, Summer Ratliff, and Skye Ann Ratliff; his grandmothers, Bobbie Jo Hagan and Jeanita Wineinger, and his grandfather, Randy Ratliff.
