Benito Hernandez, 58, of Amarillo, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024. He was born in Mexico on January 7, 1966.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Lighthouse Funeral Home, 3707 Wolflin Ave., Amarillo.

Benito loved spending time with his wife and children. He loved playing with his grandchildren. His favorite movies were Tombstone, and Cantinflas, and watching the Cowboys lose.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Benito Hernandez, Sr. and Maria de Jesus Hernandez.

Benito will be remembered by his beloved wife, Silvia Hernandez, his sons, Irving Hernandez, and Kevin Hernandez, and his daughter Silvia Hernandez.

Benito Hernández, de 58 años, de Amarillo, falleció el domingo 22 de septiembre de 2024. Nació en México el 7 de enero de 1966.

A Benito le encantaba pasar tiempo con su esposa e hijos. Le encantaba jugar con sus nietos. Sus películas favoritas eran Tombstone y Cantinflas, y ver a los Cowboys perder.

Le precedieron en la muerte sus padres, Benito Hernández, Sr. y María de Jesús Hernández.

Benito será recordado por su amada esposa, Silvia Hernández, sus hijos, Irving Hernández y Kevin Hernández, y su hija Silvia Hernández.
