Bryan Dillard

Bryan Dillard, 33, of Amarillo, passed away Monday, December 4, 2023.  He was born August 28, 1990, in Amarillo to David and Kimberly Dawn Riojas.

A Memorial Service celebrating Bryan’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at Hillside Christian Church, South Campus, 6917 Bell St., Amarillo, Texas.

Bryan loved the outdoors, practically anything that had to do with being outside, he was there. He loved to cookout, ride dirt bikes, four wheelers, you name it, he did it!  The man loved all types of activities.  If you needed help with anything, he was there. We don’t like the phrase, “He would give you the shirt off his back”…so…. “He would give you the pants off his butt!” Ha Ha!  Holidays were another one of his favorites, he always went all out.

We are so proud of him.  He had the biggest, most forgiving heart. His best characteristic was that he didn’t see the negative, he always found the good in people.

Bryan was preceded in death by his grandfather, Don Dillard, and his grandmother Beverly Lovato, and her husband, Christy.

Those left to cherish Bryan’s memory are his parents, David and Kim Riojas; his children, Anthony, Nikolas, and Maliyah; his siblings, Ryan, Angela and Desiarae; his grandparents, Elias Riojas and Maria Galvan; his nieces, DeanaZay, Jancey, and Zaray; his nephews, Hugo, Dhilan, and Kyler, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Anyone wishing to donate to assist with Bryan’s funeral expenses may call 806-418-6509.

Words alone can not express how much you will be missed. Your heart was always full of love for everyone. Every time you came over you always made me laugh. You always offered to help do something. Whether it was to throw out my trash, help put up the patio shades whatever you thought we may need. You were such an awesome, loving father. You were family to us. We will never forget your big heart and contagious smile. Fly high sweet angel. Rosalinda B

I didn’t really know you, but I know your parents and knowing them and seeing your smiling face at work lets me know that you were a kind guy. I never saw you without a big smile. May you rest in heaven.
