Charlotte was a wonderful mother, a devoted wife, and a dedicated Christian. Charlotte attended Olsen Park Church of Christ for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Thomas Meyer, and a dear companion, Bill Popham.
Charlotte is survived by her son, Tom Meyer; a daughter, Jennifer Meyer, and her nieces Nancy Ward and husband Mike, and Jackie Bowers and husband Dean.
Tom and Jenni, I’m so sorry for the loss of your fine mother. She and your dad were a major part of my life for so many years. Please accept my love and best wishes for your futures.

God bless you Tom.
Tom, we grew to love you and Charlotte as our own family. I’ve never met a more loving person I tell my friends she was an Angel.
We shared meals, snacks, laughter and stories. She loved you dearly and never wanted to bother you. Just the kind of person she was.We only had 5 months with her but lots of sweet times. We all miss her everyday. Praying the Cowboys go all the way to the Super Bowl for our sweet Charlotte. She was a faithful fan.😀
We will be praying for y’all. We are beyond blessed to have known her and you.
Love and prayers.

Charlotte was a jewel. I remember her as a teenager and young married woman through church. Charlotte always seemed to be able to give a sweet smile no matter the circumstances. Her faith and complete trust in God were well known. And, she was funny. I loved her mother Hallie, too. May her loving family find peace and comfort in these challenging days ahead.
