Ennis Turner, 60, of Amarillo, passed away on February 6, 2026. He was born on September 8, 1965, in Slaton, Texas, to John and Carol (Woods) Turner.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, February 17, at 2:00 p.m., at Llano Cemetery East.
Ennis loved camping, golf, and gardening. He had a special love for his dogs. He was a Christian who loved the Lord.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Carol Turner, and a baby, Lauren Turner. Left to cherish his memory are his significant other, Roxie Heath; a sister, Johneen Nations; a brother, Radney Turner; and several nieces and nephews.
Ennis was my world. He was my best friend and caretaker. We loved to go glamping in the rv. We had Manny dogs through the 25 years we were together. He loved me and his dogs more than words can say. I will miss you so much. Love you forever.
You will be missed my friend. I loved the conversations we had and will continue to keep your memory in my heart. I hope you will find peace.
Ennis was a good man and a hard worker. He cared about his friends and family very much. You will be missed but not forgotten.
