We invite you to come and celebrate the beautiful life of Gloria Palomin Wimberly, who went home to be with Jesus on July 18, 2024, at the age of 65. Gloria was a joyful, strong woman of God, whose bold and courageous faith inspired everyone she met.

The memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 25, Trinity Fellowship Church, Student Ministry Building, 5000 Hollywood Road, Amarillo, Texas. Please come wearing Gloria’s favorite colors, peach or light pink, if possible.

Gloria was born on May 1, 1959, in Roswell, New Mexico, to Estanislao Palomin and Rosie Locker. She dedicated her life to her family, and to sharing the Gospel with those around her.

Gloria was known for her unshakable faith and for believing God for the impossible. This trust in God has led her to some amazing adventures in life, such as the time she flew to Paris and had the best dream vacation of her life. Every meal she ordered was perfect.

Gloria’s laughter and joy touched everyone who knew her. She would encourage us to celebrate her life with joy, knowing that she is now resting in Glory, and dancing in Heaven,

She is survived by her husband, Charles Wimberly; her children, Netty Ramirez, and Lucy Smith; eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, four sisters and one brother.
