Jasmine Lerma, 24, of Amarillo, Texas, passed away on March 23, 2026.  She was born in El Monte, California, on September 14, 2001, to Arturo Gonzales Beltran and Araceli Lerma Garcia.

The family will receive visitors from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. with a Rosary recited at 4:00 on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Lighthouse Funeral Home, 3707 Wolflin Ave., Amarillo. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 30, at St. Laurence Catholic Church, 2300 N. Spring Street, Amarillo, Texas.

Jasmine found joy in life’s simplest and most beautiful moments. She had a deep love for music, especially “Golden” by Harry Styles, a song that reflects her light, warmth, and free spirit.

She loved sunflowers. Sunflowers seem to symbolize who she was—bright, radiant, and full of life. She loved making people laugh and always wanted to brighten the lives of those around her.  She found peace by the ocean, especially in Laguna Beach, which held a special place in her heart.

More than anything, Jasmine cherished her dogs, loving them with a gentle and unconditional care that spoke to the depth of her heart. The things she loved truly reflected her—warm, vibrant, and deeply loved by everyone who knew her.

Jasmine encontraba alegría en los momentos más simples y hermosos de la vida. Tenía un profundo amor por la música, especialmente por “Golden” de Harry Styles, una canción que refleja su luz, su calidez y su espíritu libre.

Amaba los girasoles. Los girasoles parecen un símbolo de quién era ella: brillante, radiante y llena de vida. Le encantaba hacer reír a las personas y siempre quería alegrarles la vida a quienes la rodeaban. Encontraba paz junto al océano, con Laguna Beach como un lugar especial en su corazón.

Más que nada, Jasmine apreciaba a sus perros, amándolos con un cuidado gentil e incondicional que hablaba de la profundidad de su corazón. Las cosas que amaba eran un reflejo fiel de ella: cálida, vibrante y profundamente querida por todos los que la conocían.
