Johnny L. Richardson, age 60, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026. Johnny was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Johnny touched the lives of everyone that he met. He was born on August 1, 1965, in Springdale, Arkansas to Roy B. and Laverne Richardson.
Johnny was preceded in death by his mother and father, Laverne and Roy B. Richardson; a nephew, Samuel Dodson; mother-in-law, Ella M. Frost; father-in-law, George F. Frost; and a special sister-in-law, Debra Frost.
Johnny is survived by his wife of 30 years, Christina; four daughters, Macie, Lillian, Breanna and Sydney; two sons, Brandon, and Johnathon; three grandchildren and expecting another granddaughter in May; two sisters, Bobbie and husband Robert of Arkansas, and Sherry of Arkansas; one brother, Ernie of Amarillo; a special nephew, Mickey and wife Ashley of Arkansas; two special nieces, Julie from L.A., and Minnie of Arkansas; sister-in-law Angelia Costilla and husband Ysidro of Amarillo; two nephews, Eddie and Jason Barrera of Amarillo; a niece, Amanda; two nephews, Bradley and Heath of Arkansas; as well as his many other nieces, sister, brothers-in-law, and a half-brother Brad of Virginia. He is also survived by his many friends from Cattleman’s Café.
Johnny loved spending time with family and friends. He was a devoted fan of wrestling, where he would watch and cheer on his favorite wrestlers. He loved playing pool. His favorite place to go was Cattleman’s Café to have never-emptying coffee with his wife Christine and talk to friends who became extended family.
