Juan Quintanilla, 25, of Amarillo, passed away on December 10, 2021.
A Memorial Service celebrating Juan’s life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 23, 2021, at New Life Outreach Ministries, 406 Pittsburg Street.
Juan was born July 25, 1996, in Kingsville, Texas, to Mari Quintanilla and Shane Sustaita.
Juan is survived by his mother, Maricelda Quintanilla; his father, Shane Sustaita; his stepdad, Dennis T. Le; his sisters, Hope N. Le, Madison N. Le, and Emily K. Le; his brother, Gavin K. Le; grandmother, Rosemary Crabtree; grandfather, Ralph Sustaita; grandmother, Dahlia Mata; aunt, Monica Parrie; uncles, Josh Sustaita, Danny Quintanilla, Jaime Quintanilla, and J.R. Quintanilla.
No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. Our hearts still ache in sadness, and secret tears still flow. What it means to lose you no one will ever know.
I knew Juan when he was 4. He was a cute little guy. But I did think he was going to accidentally cut my fingers off while I was trying to teach him to use scissors! He grew into a handsome young man. God bless him and his family.
