Kathie Kay Webb, 71, of Amarillo was called home on August 15, 2021. She was born October 30, 1949 in Amarillo, Texas to Troy and Mary Lee Cook.
Memorial Services will be held Friday, August 20, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. at Lighthouse Funeral Chapel located at 4207 SW 21st St.
Kathie was a patient, forgiving person who knew the true meaning of love. She was a loving sister, wife, and mother. She and her husband, Vic raised a beautiful family. Kathie enjoyed a fruitful career, and she touched so many people with her kindness. She was so loved and will be missed by those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Troy and Mary Lee Cook, and her beloved daughter, Mendy Lynn Webb.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Vic Webb of Amarillo; a sister, Quinna Sue Greer of Costa Rica; her son, Troy Webb, and wife Melissa, of Amarillo; three grandchildren, McKenzie Webb, Ashton Call, and Jared Webb, all of Amarillo, and two great-grandchildren, Bentley and Baylor.

Hey Kathie, I could sure use your prolific understanding of other people. And your unselfish devotion to your family. I miss walking down those stairs and seeing your smiling face. I thank you for providing me a haven in your house, no questions asked. You and Vic were the most stabilizing force in my life. I think of you often everytime I see Quinna smile. Love Ray
