Lynda Lavonne (Parker) Moore

Lynda Lavonne (Parker) Moore, 73, of Amarillo, passed away on October 11, 2021.

She was born December 11, 1947 in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Robert W. and Johnnie Opal (Young) Parker.  She grew up in Tucumcari, and worked at Pow Wow.  She managed Discovery Motor Inn for many years before moving to Dalhart in 1994. Lynda owned and operated Forever Treasures in Dalhart from 2010 to 2020 until retiring. She enjoyed gardening, scary movies, reading, antiques, and being “Memaw” to her granddaughter and her friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Tommie Sue Martinez; Billy Bob Parker, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristi Bradley and husband Lane of Dalhart; her granddaughter Karlee Childers of Amarillo, and her sister, Nita Baca of Dalhart.
