Margaret Dunham 95 years old went to be with Jesus on May 25, 2025, in Amarillo Texas. Margaret was born January 24, 1930, to Julian and Glatis Johnson near Putnam, OK.

She married Bill Dunham on December 18, 1945. She earned a master’s degree from WT and was a Borger High School English teacher for 25 years, and annual staff teacher. She very proud of her Native American heritage, Tribe of the Potawatomi.

Margaret was preceded in death by husband Bill Dunham, and two sons, Leland Curtis, and Steve Dunham.

She is survived by her children, Mickey Dunham and husband Bill Warnock of Amarillo Texas, and Billy Dunham and wife Karla of Fritch Texas; grandchildren, Abby Garrison and husband John of Lubbock, Texas, Chip Dunham and wife Melissa of Bushland, Texas, and Jason Dunham of Amarillo, Texas; great-grandchildren, Karlee Wilson of Borger, Texas, Rylee Wilkinson of Panhandle, Texas, Caleb Dunham of Amarillo, Texas, and Sadie Grace Dunham of Bushland, Texas; great-great-grandchildren, Hadley and Briar Wilson, Kodyn Dunham, and Riggs Wilkinson.

Margaret loved her family and was very caring and giving. She was devoted to the Lord.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on June 7, 2025, at New Life Church in Borger.
