Margaret Nadine Roberts, age 87, of Amarillo, Texas went to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family on March 12, 2022, in Amarillo.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19 at the Lighthouse Chapel, 3707 Wolflin St. Arrangements are under the personal care of Lighthouse Funeral Home.
Margaret was born November 24, 1934, to Clyde and Gladys Wescoat in Amarillo, Texas. Margaret “Nadine” was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her husband Paul; her daughter Robin; her sister Wilma; her mother Gladys; her father Clyde; her brother Max, and her grandson Jason Tedder.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Randall Roberts and his wife Beverly, Russell Roberts and his wife Michel, and Richard Roberts and his wife Sonja. Her grandchildren include Jason Roberts, Jeremy Roberts, and his wife Amanda, Brittani Roberts, Rian Roberts, Blake Roberts, Kevin Larson, and Hunter Roberts. Her great-grandchildren are Alyssa Roberts, Lauren Robertson, Pierce Roberts, Liam Simmons, and Rileigh Roberts. Additionally, she has one great-great-grandchild, Ellie Robertson, and many nieces and nephews.
Nadine had a special relationship with her children and her grandchildren. She was a homemaker who spent time teaching her children the importance of loving the Lord. She is known as the grandmother who sat and played video games with each grandchild. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and camping. Most importantly, she loved talking about The Lord! Her children and grandchildren will always remember her as a woman of strong faith and wisdom who loved The Lord with all her heart.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Elijah Streams.
