Minnie Belle Bridges

Minnie Belle Bridges, 75, of Amarillo gained her wings on July 17, 2022.

We say goodbye to her now and celebrate her new life in Heaven. She will be dearly missed. The memories we have in our hearts will forever be cherished. You will not be forgotten.

She was a great wife, mom, grandma, and friend. She was loving, caring, and giving to everyone.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bridges and her son, David Bridges.

Those left to cherish her memory are her son, Michael Bridges, of Amarillo; her daughter, Donna Liles and husband, Scott, of Amarillo; her sister, Liz Bridges, of Friona; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

God looked around His garden
And found an empty place
He then looked down on the path
And saw your tired face
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb
So, He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered “Peace be thine”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home

Rest in peace sweet momma, we will see you again.

Belle was one of the sweetest souls I ever meet but one of the toughest thru her battle of cancer. RIP Belle you will be missed but we will hold your memories close to our hearts.

Bell was probably the sweetest, kindest lady I ever met. Gods light shined bright through Bell. Whoever had the chance to meet her was surely blessed. Incredible, strong beautiful God loving woman. Grateful for the few times I got to spend with you. Rest In Peace. See you again someday!
