Ramon Jacobo Santos 72, of Amarillo, Texas was called home on August 23, 2021. He was born June 3, 1949 in Santa Cruz Jalisco to Graciela Jacobo and Salvador Ramirez.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at 2pm at Lighthouse Chapel located at 4207 SW 21st St.
Ramon was a very honest and up front kind of guy. He would “tell you like it is.” Ramon was a provider and a role model, he loved fishing, hunting, loud music, and dancing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Graciela Jacobo and Salvador Ramirez; two brothers, Ricardo Santos, and Vicente Padron.
He is survived by his siblings; sisters, Rosalva Santos, Yolanda Santos, Olga Kounlavong, Grimelda Friedrichsen, Sofia Apodaca, Danielle Gonzales; brothers, Jorge Padron, Rigoberto Padron, Luis Jacobo.
He was the monarch of our family!
I remember him taking Vicente and my son Bobby, fishing. He was driving his bronco. That was back in the 70’s.
I’m so sorry for your loss. He was a good man.
