Richard Wayne Osbin, 63, of Kenton, Oklahoma, passed away on April 20, 2022, in Amarillo, Texas.  Richard W. Osbin was the fourth child born to Betty and Fred Osbin in Seminole, Oklahoma.  Richard worked for Cimarron County Oklahoma.

Richard never wanted to be a bother to anyone and has requested cremation with no services in his name.

He was preceded in death by his father Fred D. Osbin, his Mother Betty Osbin and, his brother Jimmy Don Osbin.

Those left to cherish his memory are his brother, Freddy D. Osbin and wife Cheryl of White Deer Texas; his sister, Sherridan Perdue of Boise City Oklahoma; his brother, Keith Osbin of Amarillo Texas; numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to Cancer research centers like Baylor University, who gave us another year with our brother.
