Rita Coronado Moreno, age 76, of Amarillo Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family on June 23, 2023, in Amarillo. Rita was born on May 22, 1947, to José Raquel Moreno Bouche and Nohemi Bocanegra De Moreno in Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., July 1, 2023 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 1050 N Clark Dr., El Paso TX 79905 (915) 772-3226.
Rita had an incredible bond with her grandchildren and was always the first to offer a helping hand. She was a very giving and loving person. She also dedicated a lot of her time to helping others at Trinity Fellowship Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, José and Nohemi; her son Oscar Coronado; her first husband Marco Antonio Mata as well as her second husband, Manuel Coronado Lopez; her precious grandson, Carlos Alberto Mata De La Sierra, and a precious great-grandchild Izael Mata.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter Ericka Virginia Sanchez and her husband Joaquin; her son Mauro Alberto Mata, and his wife Michelle De La Rosa; grandsons, Jesus Emmanuel Sanchez, Carlos Alberto Sanchez, Isaiah Joaquin Sanchez; granddaughters, Genesis Sahian Zubia Mata and husband Jesus Rogelio Zubia Torres, Kelly Ixhayana Mata De La Sierra, Shanei Leilani Mata De La Sierra, and great grandchildren Oliver Santana Zubia Mata and Leonel Mateo Zubia Mata.
Tía siempre tan entregada a ayudar a todos, siempre estaré agradecida porque le diste posada a mi madre para que arreglara su residencia, me encantaban y extrañare enormemente las oraciones que hacías por nosotros cuando viajábamos, descansa en paz tía que hiciste un buen trabajo y Ericka cuidara y guiara a tus little lambs, siempre te recordaremos con mucho amor con la promesa de Dios padre que algún día nos volveremos a ver…
