Ron Stone, Husband, Daddy, and Papa, the solid rock and voice of reason for our family, has left his human flesh and begun his new spiritual journey in the heavens. He was a man of little words, unless you really knew him. He had the biggest heart and so much love for his family. His energy was clearly conveyed with his spirit and his eyes.

A carpenter by trade, he was called by many “the best they’ve ever known.” His amazing woodwork was featured in several magazines during the height of his career. He always strived to do things the right way, the first time. Not only did he create beautiful woodworks of art, but at the foundation of it all, he built a big, beautiful family.

He instilled his wisdom upon his girls and ensured we all knew love is worth fighting for and life is short. He told each of us just how proud he was of the paths we have taken. He told us to live every day like it is your last and to not waste any of our precious time.

He was a lover of Scotty dogs and family times. He lived for seeing his kids succeed and find love. He was in awe of watching his grand babies thrive and grow, and the world stood still when his great grand babies entered this world.

There was never a day that he did not have a Mountain Dew in one hand and a Marlboro Red in the other. Most of all, he cherished late nights with the love of his life, his wife, and his dogs.

He was a man of his word, full of integrity and acceptance of everyone for who they were. He was gruff but gentle and over time, his rough and tough hands had grown soft and gentle. He had high standards to just do what is “right” in this world.

In his younger days, he enjoyed playing his guitar, playing softball with his family, riding dirt bikes, going to rock concerts, and playing in dart tournaments.

In his later days he enjoyed late night movies with his wife, family visits, porch time and cigarettes, watching Nascar, playing Golf Clash, assaulting bugs with his salt gun, a good home cooked meal, and hearing about all of our life successes and hardships.

Ron Stone will be dearly missed and never forgotten. His family will remain under the care of his wife, our Mom and Nana, Tina. His daughters Jessica, Aimee, Heather, and Emilee will carry on his love and values. His name and legacy will carry on with his grandchildren and great grandchildren for generations to come.

Ron is preceded in death by his father James (Stacy) Stone, mother Luella (Boots) Stone, brother Randy Stone, sister Rebecca (Becky/Becca) Wilson, granddaughter Micayla Davis.

Ron leaves behind his wife Tina Stone, daughters Jessica Davis (husband Kevin), Aimee Reed (husband Kris), Heather Renee Russell, and Emilee Pinis (husband Jamie), grandchildren Reilly Davis, Keegan Davis, Taylor Stone (wife Cloey), Niklas Reed, Avery Reed, Bentlee Reed, Madilynn Childs, Jerrett McCormick, Lillian Hope, Ron Kenseth Stone, Brekken Cappilla, Colemann Cappilla, and Bella Pinis, great grandchildren Nikolai Luke, Jonas Stone, Levi Stone, and Everett Gallaway.
