The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You many choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangement you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements determine that you must purchase any items you do not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services that you did select.

ITEMIZED SERVICES
Basic Service Fee of Funeral Director & Staff
This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.) This fee includes the following: Conducting the arrangement conference; planning the funeral; consulting with necessary authorizations and permits; coordinating with the cemetery, crematory, or other third parties; overhead, including facility maintenance, equipment, and inventory costs, insurance and administrative expenses and governmental compliance.

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. However, embalming may be necessary if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. You have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require embalming, such as direct cremation or immediate burial. (Additional charges if deceased exceeds 300 pounds)

Late Services
This charge will be incurred when funeral services (including memorial services) are held after 4:00 p.m or when funeral service arrives at the cemetery after 4:00 p.m.
Holiday Services
This charge will be incurred when funeral services are held on U.S. Holidays.
Securing Necessary Permits
This charge will be incurred when permits and documentation must be hand delivered and obtained.
Disinterment
This is our professional charge for securing permits, arranging disinterment, and supervising disinterment. Additional charges may be
incurred for opening and closing of the grave, mileage, cemetery fees, state permit fee, etc.
Anatomical Donation
This is our professional charge for handling of bodies that are donated to medical science. It includes the transfer and handling of
remains, temporary shelter, and necessary paperwork. This does not include embalming or any additional transportation services.
Overnight stay on Road Trip (one director, per night)
This charge will be incurred when an overnight stay is necessary.
Secondary Service Charge for Graveside Service
This charge is if the service and burial are held on separate days.
Transferring of Cremains into outside containers
This charge is for Urns/Jewelry or other containers brought to us from an outside source, not purchased from us.

Outer Burial Containers
In most areas of the country, state or local law does not require that you buy a container to surround the casket in the grave. However, many cemeteries require that you have such a container so that the grave will not sink. Either a burial vault or grave liner will satisfy these requirements.
