Cristy Diehl

Cristy Diehl, age 54, of Amarillo, Texas, went to be with her Lord and Savior surrounded by her family on May 21, 2022, in Amarillo.

Memorial Services will be held at the Party Suite in Amarillo on Tuesday, May 24, 2022, at 3:00 pm.

Cristy was born December 1, 1967, to Sharon Hurst in Clinton, Iowa.

Cristy loved her children and her grandchildren very much. It was the highlight of her day to be able to take care of those who loved her most. She took extreme pride in her cooking, which she learned from her mama. Anyone who enjoyed a meal with her could feel and taste the love she put in. Cristy was the life of the party and was a friend to anyone she met.

Cristy fought many battles in her life, but she fought with everything she had. Her strength was immeasurable and instilled in each of her children, even her “adopted” kids. She was a mom to many. It was her most cherished title, until she became “Nana”.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children Savannah (John), Trista (Randy) , RJ and Kristle (Colt); her grandchildren Sky, Kasen and Greyson; her siblings Kathy, Curtis and Ammy; her nieces Amber and Mandi, and so many more unnamed.
