Heather Renee Garcia

Heather Renee Garcia, 42, of Amarillo, passed away June 10, 2024. She was born August 17, 1981, in Montgomery County, Virginia to Alton Ray Boyd and Mary Ellen McKinley.

Heather was a beloved mom, daughter, sister and aunt, most importantly, a friend to all. She enjoyed camping, hiking, painting, attending music festivals, but most of all, spending quality time with her son, Ramon. Heaven has gained an angel, but we will miss her very much. We will share her celebration of life at a future date.

She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Bill McKinley.

Heather is survived by her husband, Rudolfo Garcia, Jr.; a son, Ramon; her beloved mother, Mary McKinley, and two brothers, Robert Lovell and John Lovell. Heather had an amazing gift training dogs to be well behaved. She is also survived by her Pitbull/Husky (Pitski) Jeremy.
