James Richard Ortega, 60, of Portales, NM passed away on December 26, 2020. He was born October 18, 1960.
James was a loving son, brother, and uncle. His passion in life was spending time with family and watching the 49er’s play football.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and one sister.
Those left to cherish his memory are his three sisters, Marline Ortega, Diane Luckey, and Danielle Lake; one brother, Manuel (Manny) Ortega; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nieces. There are many more friends and family left to cherish his lovely soul.
