He was preceded in death by his father, Jackson Felder.
Jessie is survived by his mother, Ophelia Felder; children, Marcus Stewart, Angela Felder, Stacy Felder and Serenity Felder; brothers, Sammy Felder and wife Denise, Nathan Felder, Clifton Felder and wife Leighann, Jackson Felder, Jr., Robert Earl Felder, and James Felder; sisters, Johnnie Mae Felder, Shella Amos, Rubie Potts, Gloria Felder, Marie Felder, and Jackie Felder, as well as many uncles, nieces and nephews.
