Jimi Lynette “Lyn” Ricketts

Jimi Lynette “Lyn” Ricketts was born January 29, 1950, to James and Ladelle Bradshaw. She became our angel on June 4, 2024.

She was an amazing mom, and even better Mimi. She loved her family fiercely. Lyn enjoyed playing bingo, and bowling. She also liked to go to the casino and play slots. Her greatest joy was just being with her family, second to that was her love for her animals.

As she did in life, she fought hard till the end. She may not have won the battle, but she won the war when she gained her wings! We will miss her always.

Lyn was preceded in death by her parents, James and Ladelle Bradshaw; her sister, Sandra Kay Warwick, and grandson Carter James Durr.

She is survived by her husband, David Ricketts, they were married on December 15, 2006; her brother Jim Bradshaw and wife Vicki; two children from her first marriage, a daughter Joei Komer and husband Jim, and a son, John Wesley Schwartz and wife Suzanne; seven grandchildren, Ker-lyn Willson, Brittney Durr, Bailey Durr, Raylee Blackshear, Quentin Schwartz and Nathan Schwartz; and eight great-grandchildren, Carson, Gavin, Ayden, Isley, Harlea, Riverlea, Noah, and Jaxton. They loved their Mimi very much. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, and many other extended family.
