Karl Dale Doran, 39, of Amarillo, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2024. He was born in Amarillo on January 14, 1985, to Johnny and Donna (Kizer) Doran.
A Memorial Service celebrating Karl’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 15, 2024, at Amarillo Fellowship, 8425 Bell St., Amarillo, Texas. Arrangements are under the care of Lighthouse Funeral Home.
Karl loved to wrestle. He wrestled for 18 years. The only thing that he enjoyed more than wrestling was watching his son’s wrestle! Karl was very outdoorsy as well. His favorite pastimes outdoors were fishing at the lake and playing golf. He was a faithful OU Sooners fan!
Karl’s love for Breanna lasted for years. He cherished his time with her and the boys. His family was so important to him, and he loved spending time with loved ones. Karl will be missed so much.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Donna Doran, also by Rosetta Doran, Royce Doran, R.W. Bull, and Ginger Bull.
Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife, Breanna Doran; sons, Cooper and Colton Doran, of Amarillo; uncle Densel Doran of Waco, Texas; Aunt Kathy and Uncle Ron Hunter of Amarillo; Uncle Joe and Cathy Bull of Amarillo, and more cousins and extended family and friends.
