Margarita “Granny” Robledo, 69, of Amarillo, joined her beloved husband in heaven on October 12, 2026. She was born on February 20, 1957, in San Benito, Texas, to Nieves and Margarita (Garcia) Villalobos.

Granny was a loving mother, aunt, niece, grandmother, and dear friend whose love and warmth touched everyone around her. Raised in a household filled with music, she carried that love of music throughout her life. She was known for her amazing cooking, her talent for sewing, and, above all, her unwavering love for God and the precious time she shared with her family. Margarita dedicated more than 20 years of her life to working as a housekeeper, serving others with dedication and care. Her faith, love, and beautiful spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Nieves Villalobos; mother, Margarita Villalobos; three sisters, two brothers, and one nephew; and the love of her life, Jimmy Robledo, Sr.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Mrs. Angie R. Mondragon and husband Anthony of Amarillo, Texas, her sons, Mr. Tommy Robledo of Hereford, Mr. Angel Robledo, and partner, Shannon Nadeau, Mr. Rick Robledo and wife Linda, of Amarillo, Texas, Mr. Jimmy Robledo Jr., and a bonus son Roger Lopez of Amarillo, Texas; a sister, Yolanda Madrid; three brothers, Cruz Oscar Villalobos from San Benito, Texas, Mr. Roberto Villalobos and his wife, of Weslaco, Texas, and Gilbert Villalobos, of Amarillo.

She is also survived by grandchildren, Emmanuel Mondragon and his wife Cali, Britny Mondragon, and Onyx, Johnathan Mondragon and his girlfriend Kayla Vigil, Savannah Mondragon and fiancé, Denzel Smith, Derick and Erick Robledo, and Xzavery Robledo; her bonus grandkids, Daylen, Graeson, Lynden, and Alexus Vigil, Anastashia Nadeau, Ethan, and Daven; and her great-grandkids, Makiyah Smith, Decklan Smith, Zayn Mondragon, Teagan Mondragon, Oaklynn Mondragon, and Swayzee Mondragon.

On behalf of the family, we thank BSA Hospice Care of the Southwest, Teresa, RN, and Jennifer, the Social Worker.

The family will receive visitors on Monday, October 19, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., at Lighthouse Funeral Home, 3707 Wolflin Ave., Amarillo. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.
