Michael Houdashell

Michael Houdashell, 70, of Amarillo, passed away on December 23, 2021.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, December 31, 2021, at Lighthouse Chapel, 3707 Wolflin Ave.

He was born September 14, 1951, in Groom, Texas, to Franklin and Lillie Myrtle (Taylor) Houdashell. He was described by his niece in this manner:

“Uncle Mike was a fiery redhead with lots of wisdom and always had to have the last word. He was very loved, and will be extremely missed.”

Michael was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Donavon Houdashell, and James Houdashell.

Those left to cherish his memory are his son, Donovan Cooper, and many nieces and nephews.
