Nadalie Mae Sutcliffe, known to most as Andrew or Mae and affectionately called Taco and Nacho by her family, was born on February 2, 2010, in Pueblo, Colorado. She passed away on August 6, 2026, in Amarillo, Texas, at age 16.
Andrew was simply the sweetest person you could ever meet. She didn’t have a single mean bone in her body. To know her was to love her, and there was no way to know her without loving her completely.
She loved all animals and spent her Saturday afternoons volunteering with Texas Panhandle Pet Savers. She was a natural artist, able to turn any medium into something beautiful. When she wasn’t making art or helping animals, she loved playing video games, staying in touch with her online friends, trying new foods, going out to eat, and eating potatoes in any form she could find. Lavender was her favorite color.
Family was her entire world. She and her sister Lily shared a room, rarely went anywhere without each other, and were two peas in a pod. She loved all her brothers and sisters but had a special bond with her younger brother Jarin—proudly claiming her “maternal instincts” for him as they spent hours watching YouTube and laughing together.
She treasured every moment with her grandparents. To her mom, she was always her baby girl, calling her “Mommy” until her very last day and never missing a chance to tell her how beautiful she was.
Andrew was preceded in death by her Papa, Charles Keith Sutcliffe; her Grandma, Patsy Joyce Reeves; Dan Logan; Beverly Logan; her cousin, Jessica Fowler; and her dogs, Luna and Millie.
She is survived by her mother, Kayla Rider; her father, JD Sutcliffe; her stepfather, Javier; her sisters, Halley, Lily, Jackie, and Charlie; her brothers, Jason and Jarin; her grandparents, Mike, Lisa, Evera, and Mary; her uncles and aunts, Mikey and Dani, and Kyle and Whitney; along with many more aunts, uncles, cousins, online friends, and her rescue community.
Our Taco. Our Nacho. Our Andrew. Our baby girl. You were loved beyond measure, and you always will be.
The family will receive visitors from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Lighthouse Funeral Home, 3707 Wolflin Ave. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. the following day, August 26, at the same location.
