Tim Hamiel, 67, of Amarillo, passed away June 2, 2024. He was born September 22, 1956, in Upland, California to Daniel and Dorothy Hamiel.
Tim was a member of several car clubs throughout the years. He loved his ’59 Chevy pickup. He worked at the Clement’s and Neal Units as a maintenance supervisor. He was also a licensed electrician.
He loved spending time with family and friends. Tim loved helping others with projects, troubleshooting, and loved encouraging other cancer fighters to keep up their fight.
Tim felt very blessed by family and friends that supported him through the years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel and Dorothy Hamiel.
Tim is survived by his wife, Jennifer Chestnut; daughter, Sarah Abrams; son-in-law Mike; granddaughters, Aubrey and Ivy; stepsons Chad Chestnut and wife Alexis, Nathan Chestnut and wife Stephanie; his dog Allie and his cat, Wildcat.
