Tod A. Gerst

Tod A. Gerst, 57, passed away unexpectedly, in Amarillo, Texas Thursday, March 16, 2023. He was born on August 1, 1965, in Burlington, Iowa to Marion Henry and Dorothy Mae Gerst.

Tod graduated from Burlington Community High School in 1983.

Tod is predeceased by his Father Marion Henry Gerst of Burlington. An avid reader and comic book collector, Tod worked for CRST International of Cedar Rapids, as a semi-truck lead driver and instructor for more than 30 years.

Tod is survived by his mother, Dorothy Mae Gerst, 90 of Burlington; his brother Patrick Henry Gerst, 61 of West Burlington, and two nieces, Amber Gerst of Danville, and Crystal Klein of Alaska.
