Pre-Planning & Prepaid Arrangements
Any pre-need or prepaid funeral arrangements are subject to a separate written agreement and to applicable Texas law. Information on the Site about pre-planning does not by itself create a contract.
Obituaries & Condolences
Condolences and other submissions are reviewed before they appear and may be edited or removed at our discretion. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the Site.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to Lighthouse and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our permission.
